GARDEN OF THE DEAD (1972)

Prisoners on a chain gang huff experimental formaldehyde fumes to get high. When they attempt escape, they are shot down by guards and buried in the prison garden. Soon the dead convicts rise from the grave, using shovels and hoes to kill anyone who gets in the way of their quest for one more fix.
